how to x-ray search google

This week’s video in my Sourcing and Social Recruitment for Beginners series is all about X-Ray Search. This is the common name for using the site: operator in Google or Bing to search a specific site. This may sound a simple operator but it is massively powerful.

In this video, I explain what it is and how to use it. I give examples of x-ray searches to search LinkedIn and search Stackoverflow to find candidates.

If you like this video I would be very grateful if you can share it on social media. Please press the button below to create a LinkedIn Update or share in on Twitter or appropriate LinkedIn groups.

I’m already working on next week’s video so please let me know what you think of my efforts so far. If there are any areas you’d like to cover in future videos.
