Intelligence Software provides a range of text-messaging services for organisations wishing to charge mobile phone users for receiving or sending text messages – this is known as Reverse Billing. The Reverse Billing service is known as TextPremium™.
Reverse Billing (or Premium SMS) is an appropriate means to charge a mobile phone user for receiving content (perhaps football results, astrology information or news) or for sending a text message (perhaps to vote or contribute to a television show).
With Reverse Billing, the cost of the service is charged to the mobile phone user, with a proportion of the charge being received back by you as the content provider, as an Out-payment.
TextPremium enables you to set-up, manage and run your reverse billing service from your online account.

Pricing
Low charges and high out-payments
Regardless of the premium content service you wish to run, you will need to acquire a Short Code and Keyword.
You have a choice of whether you wish to run your own Dedicated Short Code or share a Short Code. With a Dedicated Short Code you can set-up an unlimited number of Keywords for your Short Code. This enables you to run any number of premium content services from your single Short Code without any per-keyword charges.
With a Shared Short Code you will receive only the text messages sent to the Short Code that starts with your Keyword.
Charges for the TextPremium service fall in to two areas:
a set-up fee and a monthly “rental” of your
Short Code. The set-up fee is a single one-off fee for setting-up
a single Short Code and your designated Keyword.

RegisterTo set-up your own TextPremium service
you will need an account with us. Opening an account with
us is straightforward and requires a two-minute form to
be completed.
Once you have registered with us, your account will be opened
and you will be sent your account access details.
You can then login from this website in to your secure
account area and register your premium content service with
us. Once we have your TextPremium requirements we will set
the service up with the network operators, usually a 24
hour process.
So, to use the service, just

4. Your service is set up and available for use
