The TextInbound service enables organisations to receive SMS text messages through their own dedicated, eleven-digit phone number.
TextInbound enables you to offer a phone number, exclusively available to your organisation, to assist with marketing programs, for consumer enquiries or other situations allowing you to be contacted quickly and easily.
The only charge is for the monthly rental of your TextInbound number, charged at £25 plus VAT per month. There are no other charges, no minimum contract and users sending texts in to your number are charged at their normal prevailing message rate.
Inbound SMS messages are received by you as a simple email. However, if you are integrating this facility within your own IT systems, you can receive the incoming messages via HTTP or through our Web Service.
We can also provide you with more memorable numbers, called Golden TextInbound numbers, should you wish.

TextInbound – only £25 per month
With TextInbound, you just pay a small monthly fee for each TextInbound service that you set up.
Once you have set your TextInbound service up, there are no other costs associated with receiving the inbound messages. You just set up as many TextInbound SMS numbers as you wish, messages are then forwarded to you as appropriate, and at the end of each month we’ll send you an invoice for your monthly charge.
Golden TextInbound – only £65 per month
A Golden TextInbound number provides you with a more memorable 11-digit number. This can be desirable when giving your number out to clients to contact you. A Golden TextInbound number is charged at £65 plus VAT per month.
And if you elect to pay by Direct Debit you will receive a discount of 5% from each monthly invoice.
RegisterTo start using the TextInbound service
you will need an account with us. Opening an account with
us is straightforward and requires a two-minute form to
be completed.
Once you have registered with us, your account will be opened
and you will be sent your account access details.
You can then login from this website in to your secure area
and select your own TextInbound number.
So, to use the service, just follow
these steps:

4. Your audience can start sending messages to you straightaway
