One of our goals is to help recruiters improve the fundamental processes within their businesses and so make more placements with less effort. We run regular seminars and webinars to share best practice and share ideas. Our Business Growth Challenge is a simple fun competition to help you recruit better.
Each day we will ask you and your staff to record when they achieve an activity by simply clicking on a web site. Each morning we will run a 10 minute sales meeting to discuss the previous days results and motivate you for the day ahead. Recruiters will receive points for each activity achieved introducing competition between your staff and all other companies competing in the Growth Challenge.
For example, we may ask you to record each time you get a new candidate by asking another candidate for a referral.
The activities are designed to encourage getting the maximum useful information from daily conversations and using this information to grow your business. At the end of the three days you'll see how you have improved each day, see who, in your organization, is strongest in each area of your business and compare your results with all the other recruiters taking part.*
This is a fantastic fun opportunity to motivate your staff and develop best practice within your organization.
There is no cost to participate in this event although if you feel what we are doing will benefit others we ask that you recommend us to others in the industry.

*No information about your company, its staff or your activities are available to anyone other then your management team. All results are collected by us and the average and peak daily count of the activities achieved is shared to all participants.
