We run regular seminars and webinars to share best practice and share ideas. We are now offering to help you directly implement these techniques within your business in a simple and exciting new way through our Business Growth Challenge.
Each day we will ask you and your staff to record when they achieve one of four or five activities by simply clicking on a web site. Each morning we will run a 10 minute sales meeting to discuss the previous days results and motivate you for the day ahead. Recruiters will receive points for each activity achieved introducing competition between your staff and all other companies competing in the Growth Challenge.
For example, we may ask you to record each time you get a new candidate by asking another candidate for a referral. Or each time you find a new vacancy from a candidate moving to a different job.
The activities are designed to encourage getting the maximum useful information from daily conversations and using this information to grow your business. At the end of the week you will see how you have improved each day. You can see who, in your organization, is strongest in each area of your business. You can compare your results with those of all the other recruitment companies taking part.*
